Antin to acquire NorthC from DWS

Antin Infrastructure Partners has reached an agreement to acquire NorthC Datacenters from DWS. NorthC operates 25 colocation data centers across the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. The company has more than 140 MW of secured data center capacity across existing and new sites.

Antin has a long track record of investing in and scaling critical digital infrastructure across Europe. This includes, among others, Pulsant, a leading regional colocation data center platform in the United Kingdom, as well as various connectivity and communications infrastructure platforms in fibre and towers. The Group management team, based in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, led by CEO Alexandra Schless, will remain in place and will continue to invest in the company alongside Antin.

Alexandra Schless, CEO of NorthC, said:
We are grateful to DWS for their support over the past years and look forward to working together with Antin to further develop and grow the company. Antin’s experience in colocation data centers and its knowledge of the enterprise market will be a significant advantage in capturing the many growth opportunities ahead of us.

Stéphane Ifker and Maximilian Lindner, Managing Partner and Partner at Antin Infrastructure Partners respectively, commented: “We are highly confident in the growth potential of colocation data centers, and NorthC is the leading provider in this space in Europe. NorthC is well-positioned to accelerate its growth and further consolidate its leading position in a rapidly growing and increasingly strategic segment of the digital infrastructure market. We look forward to supporting Alexandra and the team in delivering the next phase of NorthC’s growth.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to complete in the first half of 2026.
