NorthC announces the completion of its acquisition of six data centers from Colt Technology Services. As of 1 September 2025, NorthC takes over operations at the sites located in Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Düsseldorf in Germany, and Amsterdam in The Netherlands.
This acquisition significantly strengthens NorthC’s presence in both the Benelux and DACH regions, expanding its platform with over 25 megawatts of additional capacity. The acquisition provides a true coverage of the German market, with five new sites added to the existing two. It also provides additional capacity in Amsterdam, a key hub in NorthC’s network of regional data centers.
NorthC also plans to expand its connectivity ecosystem to address the growing needs of low-latency solutions for AI enabled data centers.
