Bij nagenoeg alle organisaties gaan IT-uitgaven steeds verder omhoog. Ook wijzen diverse onderzoeken uit dat de verhouding tussen waarde en kosten van IT niet erg duidelijk is. In onze inspiratiesessie op 8 februari leggen we uit waarom het zo moeilijk is om IT-kosten duidelijk te maken, mede ook door de opkomst van Cloud. In deze sessie leggen we uit hoe die kosten inzichtelijk gemaakt kunnen worden. De inspiratiesessie is gebaseerd op een training die wordt gegeven aan CFO’s door Value Tech Everyday op het platform van NBA.

Waarom deelnemen aan deze inspiratiesessie?

In de sessie lichten financieel specialisten van Value Tech Everyday, Uniserver en NorthC een fundamentele verandering toe in hoe we IT-kosten kunnen structureren en administreren. We willen ook aantonen dat IT in feite gaat over hoeveel capaciteit u nodig heeft en daarom zouden we dit ook vanuit financieel en technisch perspectief zo moeten bekijken. Hierbij moeten we ook de afweging maken tussen CAPEX en OPEX. In de sessie bespreken we ook een praktisch voorbeeld van wat het financieel betekent om te stoppen met het hebben van een eigen IT-infrastructuurplatform en dit extern in te kopen.

Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat u aan het einde van de sessie nieuwe inzichten heeft, over hoe u IT en IT-kosten beter onder controle krijgt.
